The job profile for this position is Data Management Strategy & Governance Advisor which is a Band 4 Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc.
Responsibilities-
Govern and implement data quality rules, automated measurement/monitoring, issues
management framework, operational dashboards, and predictive models for proactive data quality assessment and identification of improvement opportunities.
Work with source systems and downstream data consumers to apply advanced data quality techniques, remediate issues, and implement processes to monitor data quality risks.
Analyze data quality results.
Measure and audit large volumes of data for quality issues and improvements.
Present root cause analysis of data anomalies by triaging data quality issues.
Evaluate and quantify the business impact of data quality issues and make recommendations for data improvements including required process and system
changes.
Develop data quality policies, procedures, best practices, and related knowledge content. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality best practices are implemented across company.
Lead efforts to communicate quality of enterprise data assets and the value realized through data improvement efforts.
Orchestrate data quality work within the Agile framework for on-time delivery of data quality capabilities and results. Partial virtual/work from home benefit available.
Qualifications-
Position requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer and Information Science, Business Information Systems, Data Science, or related plus three years of experience in data analysis. Experience must include managing the design, development, and continuous improvement of complex data, systems, tools, analysis, and reporting, as well as data analysis, data profiling, working in data environments within the healthcare domain, statistical analysis, data mining/model building, SQL, Python, Tableau, TOAD, Pyspark, AWS, and Agile framework.
