Job Description: As a Data Analytics Intern at Cigna, you will focus on
performing sentiment analysis and clustering of Customer & Provider complaints from both internal and external sources. You will research and gather data from various platforms, analyse sentiment, identify patterns, and highlight key areas for improvement. You will also develop a machine learning model that continuously processes new data to provide ongoing insights. developing an algorithm for a provider search tool that allows patients to find relevant doctors, hospitals, and clinics based on symptoms, parts of the body, specific pain areas which will link to the correct specialty. The algorithm must utilize publicly available references of diseases from sources such ICD, the World Health Organization (WHO) and other databases
Expected Outcome: A comprehensive sentiment analysis of customer complaints with actionable insights on key areas for improvement and a machine learning model that continuously processes new data & A functional provider search tool that accurately matches patient inputs with relevant healthcare specialties, utilizing publicly available disease references
