Process Mining Consultant

Support the delivery of process mining projects utilizing tools like SAP Signavio

Delivery Management : Oversee the complete lifecycle of process mining projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget; own the daily management thru sprint planning, velocity & workload management
CoE Support: Contribute to the establishment and management of the Process Mining CoE, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing. Take professional accountability and closely collaborate with business partners and process re-engineers.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison for Business, project teams, and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and expectation management.
Process Improvement: Utilize process mining tools to generate and analyse as-is processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement;
Solution Design: Work with technical teams to create and implement process mining solutions that meet specific business needs.
Analysis and Support: Analyze supply chain, logistics, production, or support processes with your team using advanced technologies and data-based modeling. Assist business customers in integrating real-time data into decision-making and process execution.
Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of quality for all deliverables, aligning with company and client expectations by employing best practices in project management and process mining.
Reporting: Generate detailed reports on project status, insights from process mining analysis, and improvement recommendations for stakeholders.
Growth and Quality Focus: Support the acquisition of new projects and business areas and integrate service offerings with emerging technologies. Foster a culture of Process & Operation Excellence through collaboration across the organization.

Educational Background: Advanced degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
Experience:
1. 3-5 years in process mining implementation in Supply chain (Procurement, Logistics) / Finance / Accounting verticals with SAP & non-SAP source systems
2. 2-3 years of implementation of hybrid process mining (task mining + process mining) across different verticals and delivering value to the organization
Technical Proficiency:
1. Mandatory experience in Process Mining using tools like SAP Signavio, Celonis, etc
2. Proficiency in ETL & data handling using any one tool (Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, etc)
3. Proficiency in developing insights using any one tool (Qliksense, Power BI)
4. Knowledge of SAP implementation across workstreams (Ariba, S/4 Hana, MRP, MMP, etc)
5. Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Google/AWS/Azure) and developing connectors with SaaS based process mining tools (Celonis, Signavio, etc)
Expertise: Specialization in process consulting & management, technology consulting, data mining, business intelligence, big data, cloud computing, machine learning, BPM, Lean, Six Sigma.
Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred. Additional certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, Scrum) or data analytics beneficial.
Additional Experience: Familiarity with process mapping / value stream mapping, common programming languages (Java, Python), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), is desirable.
