ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Data Analytics Technician to join our team in El Segundo, CA. This position will be onsite 5 days a week.

The Data Analytics Technician will be responsible for eliciting requirements, designing, and building data analytics solutions, primarily using Power BI, to support the AtlasX Business Innovations Office at Space Systems Command (SSC). This role involves working closely with stakeholders to deliver insightful data visualizations and reports.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Elicit requirements for data dashboards and other analytic products from stakeholders.

• Design and develop data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI.

• Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources.

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

• Present data findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Maintain and update existing data analytics solutions.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline).

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization.

• Proficiency in Power BI.

• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work on-site in El Segundo, CA.

• Willingness to travel occasionally, if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other data visualization tools.

• Experience with database management.

• Experience in a government or defense environment.

Clearance Requirements:

• US Citizenship required; Must possess or be eligible for a Secret security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

• Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $102,200.00-$169,500.00.
