Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role
The Workforce Planning and Analytics team is looking for a Senior Reporting Analyst to join our friendly, dynamic and collaborative team. This is a great opportunity to support ACC by delivering workforce analytics and insights. We are looking to better leverage workforce information across our HRIS systems to be able to tell a connected data story. As a Senior Reporting Analyst, you will design, implement, and maintain people focused analysis, reporting, and support workforce initiatives. The Senior Reporting Analyst utilises best practice methodology for workforce analysis and is experienced with sensitive information handling.
This is a permanent, Wellington based role. If you are outside of Wellington but planning to relocate, please indicate this in your cover letter.

The salary range for this role is $101,287 – $131,000 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal team relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation.
