The main objective of the OSS Coordinator (Operations Support Systems) will be focused on the solution of incidents, administration and implementation of projects associated to the infrastructure, applications and tools required for the monitoring and management of the FO network, complying with the SLA (incidents) and agreed deadlines (projects) from the management and monitoring of external suppliers, service channels and/or any support contract of the different platforms, applications, and tools.
Additionally, he/she will be in charge of the standardization of data and metadata associated to the platforms, the development of tools, methods and models that allow the exploitation of data mining of the OSS platforms, working together with the specialists of each technology.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage support contracts
- Manage and/or Implement the different technologies (OSS Infrastructure and/or Applications) in order to guarantee availability and operation.
- Cover the second level of support to resolve incidents of OSS platforms.
- Development of tools for the automation of data collection and cleansing.
- Development of tools to correlate data in order to obtain the KPIs required by the business.
- Guarantee the availability of data and/or dashboards for each technology to facilitate the analysis of network capacity as well as the correct operation, performance and eventually predictive actions to improve the quality of service and the efficiency of network resources.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Systems or related careers.
- At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure areas oriented to telecommunications.
- Advanced English.
- Advanced knowledge of Office Suite, including Microsoft Project, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI.
- Experience in customer service and supplier management.
- Performance, Qos and SLA concepts.
- Knowledge of Operating Systems, mainly Linux and virtualized environments.
- Knowledge of web based/API/etc. solutions.
- Desirable: Knowledge of ETOM model (TMFORUM).
- Desirable: Specialty in Data Science
- Desirable: knowledge in SQL programming, R, C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python.
- Desirable: Operation and administration: Linux, Postgresql, Oracle.
- Desirable: Knowledge in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
- Programming and scripting knowledge to solve problems associated with the maintenance of the platforms (bash, sh, ksh, csh, perl, phyton, C, C++, php and others).
