Assistant Manager/Manager (Operations & Planning Branch)

[What the role is]
You will be part of the Operations and Planning Branch under the Sanitation and Compliance Division (SCD) in the Environmental Public Health Operations Group (EPHOG) to provide in-depth analysis of operations data to key stakeholders to facilitate planning and control of the division’s operations, enforcement against public health offences, as well as formulation and review of policies and programmes. You will also work with the Group/ Divisions’ Branches and Regional Offices, where required.

[What you will be working on]

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide regular situational awareness of key operation data
  • Provide in-depth analysis of operation data to key stakeholders and divisions
  • Participate in initiatives to improve the use of data to support operational planning
  • Track, coordinate, and update key performance indicators (KPI) of public health operation for periodic reporting of key environmental statistics
  • Facilitate effective communication of key public health policies by supporting the provision and updating of statistical data and work on responses and media communications
  • Coordinate, plan, and develop contingency and emergency planning and participate in emergency exercises public health ops group
  • Coordinate, plan, and develop leadership engagement and development initiatives/workshops/events
  • Prepare and disseminate Division’s communique and Ops Circulars

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, HTML, SQL, Python, Javascript, Qliksense, and/or UiPath
