MISSION STATEMENT:How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?
(A) OPERATION MANAGEMENT - Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Optimization
Responsible for asset monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization for the given plant scope.
The monitoring & troubleshooting scope will cover reliability, SPC monitoring, quality/stability, plant efficiency & additional scopes specific to the plant, inclusive of model/tool development as well as improvement projects.
He/She is in charge of proactively identifying the gaps related to the Plant performance, driving prompt closure of deviations in collaboration with site and ID experts. When applicable, responsible for the yearly efficiency projects identification, alignment with related stakeholders (entity team & other technical support team) during the budget phase and responsible for the on-target delivery throughout the whole year.
Responsible for EL (Electronics) monitoring plan, standardization
He/she is in charge of proactively updating the EL plant monitoring plan (reliability, quality, stability, efficiency, etc - per plant scope requirements), standardizing the analysis of the gaps/troubleshooting/actions related to the Optimal Running Mode.
Development of standard monitoring & troubleshooting plans per asset scope (reliability alerts, SPC, efficiency performance, etc)
Responsible for Asset optimization:
In charge of conducting improvement analysis as instructed by the Team lead in order to identify new efficiency opportunities, reliability/quality threats and opportunities, and quantify associated future savings in order to improve efficiency management in the long term.
Responsible for identifying & executing the improvement projects, together with ID experts and Site teams, either in leading or supporting roles depending on the project.
Further special projects will be assigned focused on improving plant performance, stability/reliability and/or standardization of processes and tools, depending on the scope priorities and development needs.
Responsible for Management of the monitoring & optimization tools:
In charge of proactively deploying data driven tools (Predict. SPC, Perform, etc) and monitoring the alert from key equipment and promptly escalating to relevant stakeholders/closing the deviation. Scopes include:
- Monitoring of assigned assets using software tools
- Support closure of deviations by driving closure of alerts/cases and resolving technical problems within the models
- Identify data anomalies & Maintain models as needed
(B) MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT
Monitoring and Software maintenance
The successful candidate should have:
2 to 5 years combined experience (especially ASU knowledge, for instance in the ROCC team, energy domain, reliability department, etc ) are valuable to build a broad base of skills and competency
Engineering degree (Chemical, Mechanical or Process Control domain ) or equivalent
Keen to cope with the digital tools.
Excellent communication skills, ability to learn fast and able to work under pressure.
Experience in multi-cultural management
