Job Description:
This job is responsible for ensuring operational data is fit for purpose, defining controls, and monitoring processes are in adherence to enterprise data management standards. Key responsibilities include triaging and remediating data incidents, performing data analysis, training new users, and performing impact analysis stemming from data updates. Job expectations include helping in defining access and ownership of data by domain, conducting quality control, and overseeing data maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures data is accurate, complete, and fit for performing data analyses through various testing procedures and data controls which help to identify business insights fit for purpose for a particular product set
- Develops and executes on Enterprise Data Management policies and standards, works across teams to ensure adherence, serves as a key point of contact for all topics related to data compliance, and manages operational elements of the (Enterprise Data Strategy Governance and Operations (EDSGO) relationship
- Manages data related incidents and identifies, communicates, and resolves or escalates issues as needed. Data inquiries include questions related to data issues, availability of data, and potential sourcing alternatives to inform
- Develops, manages, and executes on controls, ensuring tracking, monitoring, and resolution of any control breaches with data platform
- Partners with Business and Technology functions to drive the development of business and functional requirements documents and ensures strategic upstream resolution for data related incidents
Additional Responsibilities:
Candidate will assist in the day-to-day maintenance, build-out and development of Derivatives and Collateral Corporate Treasury infrastructure and control framework. The primary responsibilities of the group include the following:
- Manage current state assessment of legacy data warehouses and applications with an eye towards migration to target state
- Perform daily attribution recons for derivatives and collateral positions across multiple platforms and products
- Liaise with Corporate Treasury LOBs and Technology Teams to provide commentary of material differences
- Work with internal business lines to support ongoing initiative work and ad hoc research requests
- Test new data populations as they are added to the reporting database
- Enhance existing controls to address changes to data populations
- Assist in development of strategy / approach for DM Process Documentation project
- Will support ad hoc initiatives and projects for CFO Data Management

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience of data analysis, testing data integrity and implementing controls
- History working with Global Market or Corporate Treasury platforms
- Extensive knowledge of derivatives (OTC, Cleared and ETD) and how new activity and daily market moves impact the associated collateral positions
- Advanced Excel or SQL skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Ability to understand and explain PNL movements and substantiate data to the Balance Sheet / General Ledger
- Experience with providing reporting for regulatory reporting, submitting data for senior level management reporting, or similar types of reporting
- Innovative team player who can generate new and creative ideas to complex problems
