Description
Our Client Success team is fundamental in delivering a memorable product experience for our clients, providing them with the expertise, insights and guidance they need to take control of their investor marketing strategy and shareholder engagement.
Our goal is to build an exceptional, world-class Client Success function. And behind every successful CSM is a stellar CS Ops Specialist. Our CS Ops Specialists support our CSMs in managing client tasks, data administration and other value-creation activities. Note that this
not a client-facing role.
As a CS Ops Specialist, you will:
- Perform administrative functions such as data entry, to support team and company projects as it relates to client operations;
- Systematically identify and liaise with vendor-partners to enable the delivery of data projects;
- Analyse and understand data to make judgement calls on its accuracy and suitability based on predefined rules;
- Write (or have the capacity to quickly learn to write) simple SQL queries for reporting;
- Assist CSMs with product adoption strategies including the creation of investor email campaigns and website updates;
- Manage the creation of investor marketing collateral using Canva and AI tools;
- Systematically and independently own the hygiene and accuracy of Hubspot CRM, Notion, Linear and other internal systems used by the CS function;
- Any other duties as required by the business.
Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year’s experience in an operations or delivery capacity, ideally in a fast-growing technology startup.
- Strong data literacy and analysis skills. You must be able to make sense of complex data.
- Exceptional project management and administration skills. You thrive off bringing order and organisation.
- Basic design skills and familiarity with writing AI prompts to facilitate marketing collateral creation.
- SQL/Metabase literacy (nice-to-have) or the ability to quickly learn and gain proficiency.
- Immaculate attention to detail - this is a non-negotiable. We want to trust you to do things well every time.
- A learning mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit that allows you to develop creative solutions to problems and execute them.
The Journey:
Within 3 months
- Become an expert in our product offering and processes.
- Understand how InvestorHub to delivers value to clients through the SaaS and service offerings, and be able to articulate this to clients.
- Become proficient in the delivery of the defined CS Ops tasks and workflows.
Within 6 months- Contribute to the strategy for the Client Success team and work collaboratively with the team in defining new processes and best practices.
