Purpose:
The Director of Data & Analytics at AbbVie Endocrinology Inc. (AEI) is a strategic leadership role that combines business ownership with data-driven influence. This position is crucial for steering the data strategy and leveraging analytics to provide actionable insights across the organization. As a strategic leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making, improve business processes, and apply data and insights to drive business activities.
This role involves storytelling through data by translating complex analytics into actionable insights and narratives that resonate with stakeholders at all levels, while proactively identifying key data trends to influence business goals. The Director drives value and fosters a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement to empower the organization to achieve its strategic objectives.
The Director will engage with functional leaders while leading a team of professionals, to develop comprehensive analytics roadmaps, guide the adoption of data-driven practices, and ensure the delivery of high-value analytics products, all aimed at achieving AEI's objectives.
Responsibilities:
Hybrid position in our North Chicago site. We expect 3 days in the office plus 2 days remote.
