Overview

This position involves using applied statistics, machine learning and efficient algorithms to address fundamental problems in biology and medicine by integrative analysis of multi-dimensional data.

 

This position is temporary.

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform computational biology research for the analysis of genome editing experimental data
  • Design of new genome editing experiments
  • Prepare presentations
  • Assist in preparing research publications about the accomplished research

Qualifications

  • Masters or higher degree in computer science, computational biology or related field.
  • Programming in R and/or python.
  • Practical experiene with algorithm design, applied machine learning and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of biological systems and experimental technologies of molecular biology and genome editing.
  • Ability to prepare slide presentations, visualize and report results.
