ProSidian Seeks a Data Analytics and Insights Specialist | Process Improvement Analyst 3 [MontCo0008007] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Part-Time located CONUS - Norristown PA Across The CONUS - Northeastern United States (USA) Region supporting A county government in the State of Pennsylvania (known as MontCo), Philadelphia, and is part of the Delaware Valley metropolitan area and is the third-most populous county in the state, with Norristown as its county seat..

Seeking Data Analytics and Insights Specialist candidates with relevant Government and Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as MontCo. This as a Part-Time or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Process Improvement Analyst 3 Functional Area Professional - Operations Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Operations (Data Analytics and Insights Specialist) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as Montgomery County PA (MontCo) | County Finance Department Generally Located In  CONUS - Norristown PA and across the CONUS - Northeastern United States (USA) Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Data Analytics and Insights Specialist | Process Improvement Analyst 3 [MontCo0008007]

• Analyze contract, vendor, and expenditure data to identify inefficiencies. Generate actionable reports and recommendations for financial optimization. Develop forecasting models to support decision-making.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Data Analytics and Insights Specialist | Process Improvement Analyst 3 [MontCo0008007] (MontCo0008007) Candidates:

• Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) and BI dashboards. Familiarity with government contract structures.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Data Science, Economics, Finance, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in analytics, preferably in the public sector.

Skills Required

• Data visualization, Statistical modeling, Excel (advanced), SQL, Machine learning basics.

Competencies Required

• Quantitative reasoning, Attention to detail, Presentation skills, Data storytelling.

Ancillary Details Of The Roles

• Expected to support continuous reporting and dashboard updates.

Other Details
