Our amazing Planning team at the LEGO Model Production is looking for a new member who will manage the master data for the end-to-end production process.

Core Responsibilities
Masterdata creation for Marketing materials used in Markets for all 2D printed materials by external partner/s
Update Ordering tool with admin task related to our in-store Drive Period Campaigns
Execution of regular reporting tasks and their improvements based on the request
Coordination of master data projects and improvement tasks to optimize the processes via cross functional activities, participate on regular updates on master data processes
Actively collaborate with key stakeholders to manage master data operations properly
Actively participate and propose, test and implement all relevant process changes in selected area
Administration of different IT tools by Data management + super user admin tasks

Planning Department supports master data creation for 2D in-store campaign materials printed by external print production partners. This role is continuously developing and offering new tasks and challenges; there are many routine processes to master but also non-standard situations that arise and needs to be handled, thus providing space for personal development.
Do you have what it takes?
Work experience in administration - ideally working with data in a multinational environment
Strong Excel knowledge (experience working in SAP is a huge plus)
Analytical skills + accurate work style
Excellent communication and collaboration skills – ability to align and influence people across cultures, geographies and different seniority levels
Fluency in both written and oral English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
