The Microsoft Turing team is a forward-thinking engineering and research group dedicated to developing state-of-the-art deep learning models and transforming them into impactful, end-to-end user experiences. As part of this team, you'll join a dynamic and high-impact group responsible for building cutting-edge frontend stacks for Microsoft 365 Copilot—bringing advanced machine learning capabilities to life in real-world scenarios. Beyond Microsoft 365 Copilot, the team drives innovation across the Microsoft ecosystem by enhancing core user experiences through high-value, cross-product initiatives.
As a Software Engineer II on the Turing team, you’ll directly influence the quality of products used by millions daily. You'll work with a wide range of cutting-edge technologies, including Microsoft 365's core UX and scalable business frameworks, A/B testing platforms, and more. You'll collaborate with experts in distributed systems, data mining, and machine learning to solve complex, impactful problems.

Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $83,600 - CAD $159,600 per year.
