The Teachers’ Retirement System of the City of New York (TRS) is a public pension fund that provides New York City educators with retirement, disability, and death benefits. Our Summer Internship Program is a twelve-week program that offers students the opportunity to gain rewarding work experience, while also making important contributions to the City of New York. During the program, interns will support departmental projects, work alongside experienced professionals, and participate in enrichment activities such as networking events and training workshops.
Responsibilities:
- Take comprehensive notes from previously recorded training sessions on data modeling and Tableau
- Canvass SharePoint for information related to different subject areas within Data Governance. Combine information for later use.
- Assist with other Data Governance initiatives.

As of June of the Program year the prospective intern must be a student matriculated in a college or be a recent college graduate (winter/spring term of the Program year).
NOTE: Appointment to this title is only valid for the duration of the Program, June - August each year.
