We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Business Intelligence (BI) to join our growing team in Latin America. Reporting to the Global head of analytics, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and a deep understanding of telecommunications industry trends. This role requires expertise in Talend, SQL, ClickView, and ideally Power BI, along with familiarity with AWS and data governance principles. The Manager, BI will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing business processes, and enhancing overall organizational performance. 

Responsibilities 

• Metrics Strategy and Governance: Develop and implement Business Intelligence strategies that align with global best practices and local objectives. Ensure data governance policies are followed to maintain data quality and integrity. 

• BI Tool Management: Oversee the implementation, management and migration of BI tools such as Talend, ClickView, and Power BI. Ensure these tools are effectively utilized to support business needs. 

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Lead the analysis of complex data sets to derive actionable insights. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that support business decision-making. 

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and finance, to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that drive business value. 

• AWS Integration: Leverage AWS services to enhance data  models availability, quality, and analytics capabilities. Ensure seamless integration of AWS with existing BI tools. 

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. 

Qualifications 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus. 

• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the telecommunications industry. Demonstrated success in leading BI initiatives and driving business outcomes. 

• Technical Skills: 

• Proficient in Talend, SQL, and ClickView. 

• Experience with Power BI is highly desirable. 

• Familiarity with AWS services and data governance principles. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Language: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
