Senior Product Data Analyst - AdTech, Martech Alliance (m/f/d)

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Data Analyst to join HelloFresh’s Global AI team, focusing on advertising technology. Our mission is to maximize the return on digital marketing investments through scalable automation and intelligent optimization, delivering relevant and engaging experiences to customers while driving profitable growth. You’ll work with product managers, engineers, and data scientists in an agile, collaborative environment to build innovative data products that drive measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze & Optimize: Explore product performance and user behavior data to identify growth opportunities.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align data-driven insights with business objectives.
• Drive Decision-Making: Establish KPI frameworks, hypothesis tests, and data observability monitoring to track product success.
• Build & Improve: Design and enhance reporting interfaces, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Communicate Impact: Translate complex insights into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Guide Product Strategy: Help shape and evolve our advertising technology stack by leveraging data-driven insights.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive experience in applied analytics, ideally in advertising technology and programmatic advertising (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Proven track record of shipping end-to-end data products in cross-functional teams.
• Strong SQL skills for data exploration, analysis, and visualization.
• Proficiency in Python for analytical tasks and experimentation.
• Deep understanding of hypothesis testing/experimentation, and KPI measurement.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) to create compelling narratives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate insights effectively.
