Associate Analyst Quality Analytics

Job Description Summary

This position in the Quality Analytics team is responsible for developing Power BI dashboards and generating actionable insights from quality data. Responsibilities include collaborating with quality stakeholders to understand business needs, creating solution blueprints or POCs, and partnering with IT to industrialize analytics solutions. Additional duties involve testing solutions, developing training content and documentation, managing user access, and maintaining GxP-compliant records according to the Novartis Quality Management System. Success will be measured by timely delivery and adoption of analytics solutions, stakeholder satisfaction, and the quality of user documentation and training materials.

 

Job Description

Major accountabilities:

• Develop Power BI dashboards and generate actionable business insights from quality data.
• Collaborate with quality stakeholders to understand business needs and create solution blueprints or POCs.
• Work with IT to provide technical requirements and enable industrialized analytics solutions.
• Test solutions, create training content, and educate business users on new tools.
• Track solution adoption, gather feedback, and coordinate enhancements with IT.
• Manage user access and adheres to GxP guidelines
• Maintains applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GxP compliant documentation and records within the Novartis Quality Management System.
• Ensures the integrity of all Quality Systems records and data, as applicable and collaboration of own team with other functions and departments.

Key performance indicators:

• Timely delivery and adoption of Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions.
• Stakeholder satisfaction and positive user feedback.
• Quality and effectiveness of solution documentation and training materials.

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:

• 0-4 years of working experience in domains of business intelligence, Analytics, or Data Science
• Functional Breadth of Quality Domain
• QC/ QA in pharmaceutical ind./ biotech with environmental monitoring & Collaborating across boundaries.

Skills:

• Expertise in SQL, PowerBI, Qliksense, Python, and Cloud Technologies
• Knowledge of LLMs and GenAI tools
• Dealing With Ambiguity

Education & Qualification:

• Bachelors in computer Engineering or Advanced Degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Data Science, Business Administration

Languages :

• Fluent spoken & written English is a must.
• Additional languages a plus
