We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the vision and execution of Brand Agents—an AI (Artificial Intelligence)-powered product line that redefines how brands engage with consumers through intelligent, empathetic, and personalized digital agents.
Brand Agents team is a part of Microsoft AI organization driving innovation every day.
This role is available in Mountain View, CA and Redmond, WA locations.
This role is central to shaping Microsoft’s presence in the agentic internet landscape, with a focus on delivering value to both brands and end users.
This role is ideal for a product leader who is committed to best user experience, agentic design, and building lovable products that deliver measurable value to both brands and consumers.
You will be responsible for shaping how users interact with Brand Agents across surfaces, ensuring every touchpoint is intuitive, delightful, and deeply aligned with user intent.
You’ll work at the intersection of AI, User Experience (UX), and monetization to define a new category of intelligent brand engagement.

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
