Job Summary

Design and maintain end-to-end BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data models. Translate business needs into technical specs and perform ETL using data lake and BI tools. Ensure data security, collaborate with users, and maintain documentation and code.

Job Description

Role and Response.

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into technical specifications.
• Utilize BI tools and technologies from data lake to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data.
• Implement security measures to ensure data integrity and access control.
• Collaborate with business users and MIS team to ensure that BI solutions meet their needs
• Provide document and maintain code and processes.

​Qualification.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. 
• Proven at least 6-7 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Strategy Consultant, or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency Data analyst in Data and business modeling.
• Expert in analysis tools, Power BI, and Tableau, specializing in data analysis and visualization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling narratives.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
• Good command in English.
