Master Data Analyst I

Purpose

This role centrally governs the creation and the maintenance of Master Data in the main ERP systems in line with IDEMIA standards and regulatory and customer requirements.

Key Missions

  • Manages, maintains and develops the master data within a variety of business application systems to ensure information held is accurate and up to date
  • Provides advice and supports the creation and the modification of the following Master Data: Suppliers/Vendors, Customers, Projects, and Sales Orders
  • Ensures all Service Level Agreements are fully met regarding creation and modification
  • Maintains and develops master data process documentation, ensuring they are up to date and relevant
  • Maintains, reviews and monitors systems to ensure data accuracy and quality
  • Conducts testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to master data management and system
  • Supports accounting and project teams
  • Coordinates Master Data involvement in projects
  • Identifies and implements process improvements in relation to master data processes
  • Implements new processes for new projects or developments and proposes innovative solutions

Profile & Other Information

Experience & background
At least 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience

Education
• Bachelor of Science Accountancy Graduate


Technical skills
• Strong understanding of the best-in-class finance practices and processes
• Knowledge of US regulatory authorities and requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical and detail-oriented; able to make good business sense from financial data
• Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability
• Self-motivated individual who is able to work well independently as well as under pressure with accuracy and commitment
