About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to join the Global Operations Data Analytics and Reporting (DAR) team. This role will contribute to the delivery and support of data and analytic solutions that align with Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Responsible for creating, updating, deploying, and maintaining database solutions related to reporting and analytics
Apply SQL knowledge and skills to develop queries, produce scripts/ procedures across multiple reporting environments.
Perform ad hoc analyses to answer specific business questions
Provide on-going production support of reporting environments including break/fix analysis and resolution.
Willfully collaborate and consult with other developers, and stakeholders on the design of new reporting and analytic solutions.
Appropriately Test and QA solutions prior to deployment.
Develop and maintain documentation per data management and information security policies.
Adhere to ADS standards, controls, and processes.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years working solidly with SQL and other tools (e.g., Python, Machine Learning)
Desired Qualifications:
Project Leadership – Experience leading smaller-scale projects and engagements.
Data Visualization Tools – Proficient in tools like Tableau, Power BI, and MicroStrategy for business intelligence reporting.
Industry-Specific Analytics – Familiarity with Contact Center and Banking Operations data and analytics.
Software Development Knowledge – Understanding of software development methodologies and principles.
Technical Translation – Ability to convert business requirements into clear technical designs.
Multitasking – Skilled at managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Communication & Detail Orientation – Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Analytical Thinking – Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
Job Expectations:
Ability to work on site per Wells Fargo's standard operating model in the listed location (hybrid schedule).
This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00Benefits
