You are:
You are an experienced Data Visualization Specialist with a strong focus on Business Intelligence, primarily leveraging Power BI to transform complex data into insightful Reporting Tools and Dashboard. In addition to developing dynamic Tools/Dashboards and intuitive visual analytics, you are expected to provide strategic guidance, optimize data models and support reformat existing Tools/Dashboards, and support decision-makers in identifying opportunities and solving business challenges.
The work:
The Center of Excellence (COE) enables Sales Excellence to deliver best-in-class offerings to Accenture leaders, practitioners, and sales teams.
As a member of the COE Analytics Tools & Reporting team, you will develop and enhance analytical models and reporting tools that provide insights on underlying trends and key drivers of the business.
You will:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics leads, data scientists and other data visualization experts to gather requirements and formulate business metrics for analytics and reporting
Have a good eye for Data Visualization, Data Storytelling, and overall UI design, and will be responsible for creating quality visual narratives that effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Develop BI and analytics tools using Power BI
Focus on data visualization using Power BI to develop new tools and enhance existing tools
Use SQL/BigQuery to create/modify stored procedures/views to enable app development GCP: GOOD TO HAVE
Here’s what you need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/ master’s degree in Analytics/Technical field preferred
5 or more years’ experience with high level of curiosity and creativity and following knowledge and skills
Advanced Data Visualization skills focused on BI
Power BI Knowledge
Own design, development, and maintenance of analytics/BI applications.
A Minimum of 3 years of experience in Power BI.
Quality assurance/thoroughness and attention to details.
Strong Oral & written communication in English.
Minimum required education: High School Diploma
Extra credit if you have:
Understanding of Accenture sales process and systems.
Experience in Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance or related fields.
Understanding of UX/UI Design, PowerApp, PowerAutomate, SQL,GCP,Python, Azure Data Studio
Experience with Power Query and ETL process in SQL or GCP/BigQuery.
Project Management Experience.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance.
You may also need:
Ability to work flexible hours according to business needs.
Must have good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines.
