Job Description

Day-to-day life 

• Lead and oversee data-driven projects on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales team during the presales process and empower your team to do the same
• Identify and scope new data opportunities in partnership with the sales team
• Manage and mentor a team of five consultants, and actively participate in recruitment to support team growth
• Help junior colleagues become data masters and foster a culture of continuous learning
• Partner closely with our Nordics COO and heads of data across other regions to drive operational excellence and strategic growth
• Work with the latest developments in Google Cloud Platform and continue to develop your expertise

Qualifications

A robust technical foundation is crucial for this role, however, it must be complemented by an equally strong business acumen and proven management capabilities. Success relies on the ability to bridge the gap between complex data solutions and practical business applications. Therefore, prior experience within a consultancy environment is not merely beneficial but a fundamental requirement to navigate the diverse challenges and deliver impactful results in this position.
