We are looking for a brilliant, fast moving, deeply hands on marketing operator to help build and execute the next stage of Okoora’s growth, with zero fluff, full AI leverage, and maximum ownership.
This is not a management role. It’s a high velocity execution role for someone who thrives on building from scratch, using AI tools as an extension of their brain, and shipping real impact every single day.
You will work directly with the CEO and operate as a full stack marketing builder, from strategy, to execution, to optimization, across content, distribution, automation, and revenue activation.
What You’ll Do
• Operate as a one-person growth engine (at least initially)
• Use AI tools (GPT, Make.com, Jasper, Framer, etc.) as your daily operating stack
• Launch fast, iterative, high ROI marketing campaigns with zero dependency
• Drive lead flow across B2B and B2B2X segments (banks, platforms, CFOs)
• Define sharp marketing briefs for our AI agents (you don’t write the content, but you orchestrate it with precision)
• Create new acquisition channels with minimal budget (SEO, partner marketing, outbound sequencing, social leverage)
• Collaborate tightly with the CEO to refine narrative, target audiences, campaign architecture, and funnel strategy
• Track results aggressively. Kill what doesn’t work. Scale what does
• Hands on. Ruthlessly. You ship your own ideas. You build your own flows. You don’t wait.
• Fluent in AI workflows. Prompting GPT is second nature to you. You think in systems, not tasks.
• B2B native. You’ve marketed to CFOs, product teams, and technical buyers, not consumers.
• From startups. You’ve been in the chaos. You’ve done more with less. You don’t ask for permission.
• Creative + Structured. You can dream big and execute tight.
• Speed obsessed. You move faster than others. You default to action.
• Emotionally intelligent. You can work with a CEO at high speed, with high clarity, and zero ego.
Bonus If You Have:
• Experience in infrastructure, APIs, or financial systems
• Ghostwritten or marketed under a founder’s profile
• Built and grown products with no paid budget
• Experience in PLG motion or founder led growth
• Strong understanding of sales processes and revenue funnels
