The Role
The CE Project/Data Analyst within the Client Experience (CE) division is responsible for executing on various types of data focused projects in support of both new and existing institutional firms of Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services (FIWMS). Are you an analytical candidate with a strong operational background with the ability to extract relevant information from data sets to meet business needs? Then this role is for you!
As the Client Experience Project Data Analyst, you will focus on performing detailed analysis of clients' brokerage account data, facilitating core money market fund changes end to end, leading internal account transfer events, and the coordination of the movement of accounts for clients transitioning within or exiting the financial services business. The individual is encouraged to have a detailed understanding of Fidelity’s mainframe (‘FBSI’), broad operational background, MS Office especially Excel, as well as various FIWMS brokerage products and services. This is a client facing position that has significant impact on client's overall satisfaction with the CE platform.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
