About the team:

Within Finance, the Process Innovation team ensures the right workflows are in place to support different finance areas and other parts of the business, while it also promotes a cross-cutting view of finance based initiatives and works to optimize and automate existing and new processes, such as invoicing.

About the role: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Finance Automation & Data Specialist to lead key finance initiatives. The ideal candidate will support the implementation, optimization, and evolution of finance engines and ensure seamless integration with ERP and other platforms to maintain compliance with evolving requirements.

This finance cross-functional role will allow you to interact with numerous areas within finance and across the business, understanding their needs and ways of working and giving you the opportunity to learn about how Fever works! It will do so through a focus on automating and improving processes.

• Participate in different projects focused on improving and automating key finance processes
• Lead projects and ensure they reach the defined goals, objectives, and timelines
• Lead the necessary analysis for the prioritization and completion of specific improvements, identifying the best solutions in each scenario taking into account different factors
• Identify and implement areas of improvement and work with the teams to get things done
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and deliverables
• Perform development and automation efforts within the team, connecting the different Apps and systems to deliver solutions that add value to the organization
• Expected early focus on optimizing and evolving Fever e-invoicing across different markets

About you:

• 4-6 years of experience in consulting or equivalent internal roles
• Ability to program scripts in different languages and experience with Google Workspace
• Project management or systems implementation experience
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Willingness to learn new skills and rapidly start working with existing Apps
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Willingness to embrace change and create it! We are a fast-growing company and we want you to help us to adapt to these changes

Ideally:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields
• Specific training in programming or similar
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Business Central) and system integration projects
• Familiarity with SQL databases
