The Worlds team utilises game methodologies paired with simulation and rendering technologies to advance Google DeepMind’s mission to build AI responsibility to benefit humanity. We work closely with researchers, applying our expertise to explore foundational model capabilities, accelerate cutting-edge embodied agent research and help prove out the future of interactive experiences.
Team members come from a wide variety of backgrounds, including the games industry and beyond, and we leverage the team’s multi-disciplinary combination of artists, designers, engineers, researchers and QA specialists to advance the state of the art in many fields.
You’ll work with individuals in the Worlds team and research teams to develop new experiences and iterate on existing ones, with a focus on integrating generative AI. You will engage in rapid prototyping and creative ideation. You’ll join a diverse, close-knit team of talented and supportive individuals who openly share ideas with one another.
