The nature of this role means you can expect to be onsite 4-5 days PW for this opportunity, connected to our Rolle office.

Your mission

Reporting to the Distribtuion Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the distribution and logistics of our products internationally, ensuring a high level of care and accuracy is take for all customer orders.

The value you bring

• Organise the storage, distribution and logistics of medical products within the cold chain internationally
• Review customer purchase orders & shipping documents within ERP to ensure accuracy
• Interact with customers to respond to enquiries about products, services, and shipping
• Collaborate with colleagues across Sales Order Desk, Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Success to ensure a seamless, customer experience and efficient delivery process.

Requirements

• 2-4 Years direct working experience within the distribution and logistics team of a global/international supply chain function.
• Direct experience with the distribution of products within the cold chain is essential, ideally medical/pharmaceutical products.
• Exposure to products distributed through Air, with relevant regulations knowledge (I.e. IATA Standards)
• Knowledge of ERP Systems is mandatory, ideally Dynamics.
