Having this data available as a golden source for many calculations, valuations, and reports is crucial for our Group Finance.
The tasks you will perform
Build and maintain data pipelines to ingest and export data.
Create data quality controls and checks within the data pipelines.
Help extend the data model of the SQL Server database.
Participate in testing and bug fixing.
Collaborate closely with other team members in the MIP team, which is organized around Agile and DevOps principles.
Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in the solution, such as automation, cost reduction, security, and performance.
The knowledge and experience you bring
You are proficient in Azure Data Factory, and knowledge of Databricks is a plus.
You are comfortable managing end-to-end data workflows, from ingestion to loading, and have hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines.
Working in an Agile environment within a corporate company is nothing new to you.
Communicating with various technical and non-technical stakeholders in English comes naturally to you.
Familiarity with the financial industry is a plus, and hands-on experience is even better.
