What You'll Be Doing ✍

• Develop Advanced Solutions: Design and implement AI-powered, data-driven solutions for complex business problems across diverse industries, turning theory into actionable business outcomes.

• Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with stakeholders across the organization to discover opportunities for leveraging both internal and external data sources.

• Drive Impact: Ensure data science initiatives deliver measurable business value, support cost-saving efforts, and align with strategic goals.

• Strategic Leadership: Assist in the preparation of offers and value propositions while managing a portfolio of data science initiatives.

• Lead with Expertise: Act as a Senior Data Scientist, providing technical leadership on key projects and collaborating with engineering teams to create end-to-end advanced analytics solutions.

• Stay Cutting-Edge: Monitor and stay informed on the latest trends in AI and data science, ensuring solutions are forward-thinking and competitive.

• Optimize Results: Oversee and continuously improve AI and data science solutions by proactively identifying and addressing performance issues.

What We’re Looking For 👇

• Technical Expertise: A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field with a solid foundation in data science and statistical methods.

• Experience: At least 6 years as a data scientist, with proven expertise in designing solutions across multiple industries.

• Business Insight: Ability to translate business challenges into data science opportunities, with a strategic approach to project planning and goal setting.

• Machine Learning Mastery: Extensive experience with both supervised and unsupervised machine learning models—regression, classification, time series, segmentation, deep learning, NLP, image processing, and more.

• Quantitative Rigor: Strong knowledge in advanced analytics methods like hypothesis testing, experimental design, and statistical process control.

• Generative AI Knowledge: Familiarity with Generative AI models, including LLMs, neural networks, and recommendation systems.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong coding skills in Python and experience with SQL and cloud tools. Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and OpenAI.

• Communication Skills: Ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences clearly and effectively.

• Advanced Degrees: Master’s or PhD in Data Science, AI, or a related field.

• Consulting Experience: Previous experience consulting in data & analytics.

• MLOps Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the machine learning lifecycle and MLOps practices.

• Leadership Experience: Experience leading data science teams and projects.

• Technical Certifications: Certifications in relevant AI, cloud, or data science technologies.
