Responsibilities

• Able to present customers regarding product solutions

• Gathering Customer Information to Design Solutions and scenarios as customer required

• Enable dialog flow and scenario

• Enable the project and good communicate with internal teams and customer
  Deliverable project

• Understanding of Machine Learning metrics such as Accuracy, Precision, Recall, Specificity, and F1 Score.

• Integration of the final chatbot (Dialogflow CX) with the existing chatbot/ Voicebot  Ul (developed in Dialogflow ES) and implemented login functionality in it.

• Implement various requirements in the chatbot.

• Implemented persistent session handling in dialogflow.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree Computer Engineer or IT relevance

• 5 years experiences in AI conversational (chatbot and Voicebot)

• 2 years’ experience in Presales

• English professional communication required

• 5-10 years of experience with dialog flow program (ES & CX), Machine Learning, Large Language Models, Conversation Al, Generative Al, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Python & similar technologies.

• Excellent understanding of Conversation Flows, Entities, Intents, Hierarchies and multiple level of conversations intents etc.

• Preferably experience is designing Conversation

• Flows for languages such as Thai etc.

• Experience of designing architecture for

• Conversation Al, Gen Al solutions using Dialogflow CX

• Experience with driving discussions with the customer.

• Experience with working on developing chatbot / Voicebot from scratch using Dialog flow

• Experience with integration of existing chatbot (developed in Dialogflow ES) with new chatbot (developed in Dialogflow CX).

• Experience with conversation design based on the intents shared by the business.
