Wells Fargo’s Model Risk Management (MRM) organization is seeking an experienced quantitative analyst to join its Wealth & Investment Management Model Risk Oversight (WIM MRO) Group as a Lead Quantitative Analytics Specialist (LQAS). The responsibilities of the WIM MRO Group include managing the model risk over the model lifecycle including risk ranking, validation, and performance monitoring, etc. for models used by Wells Fargo’s Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) business. In this specific position, the analyst shall focus on models for providing financial advisory and investment management services to Wells Fargo’s clients, and for supporting WIM’s business decisions.
MRM operates in a fast-paced work environment with continuously changing policies and technologies. The successful candidate is expected:
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Quantitative Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, economics, or computer science
