Senior Business Data Analyst

Description

We’re looking for a Senior Business Data Analyst to join our Business Applications team—driving strategic initiatives, shaping key business processes, and supporting our revenue organization. Your insights will help guide decisions that influence hundreds of millions in revenue.

About The Role

• Fill a key analytical gap by bringing data expertise to support strategic initiatives
• Lead analytics for product and process releases, including dashboards and business reports in Salesforce and BI tools
• Act as the go-to person for data-related questions across Marketing, CRO, and CEO teams
• Ensure stakeholders have access to clear, accurate, and actionable insights
• Support Operations and Tech teams in making smarter, faster, data-driven decisions
• Help reduce bottlenecks by assisting RevOps and the CRO business analyst with growing analysis needs

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Analyst (Business, Data, Revenue, or Marketing) in a SaaS company, collaborating closely with GTM, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with DWHs like Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
• Experience with data modeling and BI tools
• Proficiency in Salesforce
• Excellent English communication skills
• Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Experience with statistical models or business monitoring methods-Advantage
