Responsibilities:
- Build each game end-to-end in Unity & C# from a clean slate.
- Implement gameplay features, systems, UI, monetization, and A/B test hooks.
- Own quality, performance, and maintainability of the codebase.
- Collaborate with QA to streamline test coverage and resolve bugs rapidly.
- Use AI-assisted tools for faster coding, debugging, and performance tuning.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Unity experience focused on mobile game development (iOS & Android).
- Proficient in gameplay mechanics, UI systems, asset integration, and SDKs.
- Self-driven with excellent ownership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in using AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, GPT-based IDE copilots).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in ultra-lean teams (1-2 devs) on high-output games.
- Familiarity with Unity Test Framework or other automation tools.
- Exposure to performance profiling tools and mobile game analytics.
