Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation solutions. As a Senior RPA Developer, you will play a key role in driving the automation strategy, leading development efforts, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• RPA Development:
  • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Robotic Process Automation solutions using industry-leading RPA platforms (UiPath and Power Automate) and the ability to learn new tools.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand automation opportunities.
• Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of RPA developers.
  • Define best practices, standards, and guidelines for RPA development.
• Process Assessment and Automation Feasibility:
  • Conduct process assessments to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
  • Work closely with business units to prioritize processes for automation based on impact and complexity.
• Bot Maintenance and Support:
  • Implement enhancements and optimizations to create, deploy, and improve bot performance.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct testing of automation workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain version control for RPA codebase.
• Documentation:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Training and Mentoring:
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior RPA developers.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning within the RPA development team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation development.
• Proven expertise in at least one leading RPA platform (UiPath).
• Strong programming skills, preferably in languages such as Python, or Java.
• Database very good knowledge (SQL or NoSQL)
• Experience with process analysis, design, and optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Any relevant certifications in RPA platforms

Preferred Skills

• Experience with integrations to external systems and APIs.
• Experience in integration with Kafka
• Knowledge of machine learning and cognitive automation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
