Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant - Automation Lead in Conduct Analytics and Reporting’s (CAR) Operational Services team. This is a great opportunity for an advanced data analytics professional to join a strong team and play a pivotal role in supporting the group’s current automation and monitoring capabilities, and innovating new core capabilities for both internal operational needs, and across the larger HR Governance and Workforce Relations (Conduct Management) organization. In this role, you will:
Design and lead complex projects to deliver operational solutions that require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced technical skills. Specific areas of work this role will support, but are not limited to: automation of processes, controls, and monitoring routines, build operational tools, establish and enhance API data sourcing between various environments, and provide technical consulting.
A successful candidate will be skilled in leading technical projects end-to-end. Expectations for leading project work involves organizing meetings, creating visualizations such as process maps and roadmaps, rapid development of proof of concepts, socializing solutions with stakeholders, tracking and monitoring project progress in Jira tools, continually identifying opportunities and gaps, effectively communicating progress to business leaders, and driving for implementation of solutions with a sense of urgency.
