The purpose of the LCCI Connected Medicine team is to partner with Connected Medicine Data Insights & Customer Behavior team in providing high quality analytical support through right data, smart analytics and actionable insights. The LCCI Connected Medicine Team Lead will lead a team comprising of creative problem solvers who support achievement of the brand’s goals, while always striving for process improvement and innovation

This role will be accountable for operational execution of identified analytics capabilities across connected care ecosystem inclusive of execution of Reports & Dashboards to highlight Exploratory, Predictive and Causal analytics  

Position Responsibilities

  • Project Execution: as individual contributor
    • Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI and Tableau
    • To understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights.
    • To analyse data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making
    • To be able to convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide the timeline to accomplish tasks
    • Develop and optimize scripts in Power BI and Tableau and perform efficient detailed analysis
    • Utilize DAX for Power BI and calculated fields for Tableau effectively
    • Implement robust data warehousing strategies and build comprehensive data models tailored to Tableau and Power BI environments
    • Knowledge of databases as SQL and hands on experience in writing SQL Queries
    • To create charts and document data with algorithms, parameters, models, and relations explanations
    • Participating in meetings with stakeholders and communicating the final outputs and recommendations
    • Ensure high stakeholder satisfaction through consistent delivery of high quality, timely and insightful outputs
  • Project Delivery: as team member, supporting the team lead in driving
    •  Quality, speed, value and compliance throughout the analytics value chain
    •  Project management for seamless project execution, prioritization and high-quality delivery
    •  Creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists that will enable excellent quality outputs
    •  Shared learning forums to identify challenges and establish best practices

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in data visualization and business intelligence
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Advanced Analytics and Data Science, or other relevant degree area; Master’s degree preferred in these disciplines
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, with a strong understanding of its advanced features and capabilities.
  • Experience with Tableau, including creating complex visualizations and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with the following technologies: Cloud platforms like AWS & Azure
