Purpose of the role
You will be responsible for ensuring customer excellence throughout all interactions, driving our Digital and Data priorities and exploring innovative concepts to support Business Units and other departments’ priorities.
Customers expect seamless experiences throughout their journey. Delivering on this requires utilization of technologies and seamless operations. Therefore, digital enablement, advanced data analytics, sales force effectiveness and customer experience driven omnichannel campaigns, is crucial for our customer engagements.
You will work with a team of 9 employees, including L&D-, Customer Experience-, Data-, Innovation- and UX/UI managers. Additionally, you will work within a matrix organization, with Marketing, Sales-, Medical-, Market Access-, Finance-, and IT. You will also collaborate closely with the Mid-Europe Region CMOs and Marketing Operations Director.
The Digital, Data Analytics Lead will directly report to the Managing Director and is a member of the BELUX Leadership Team.
