We are seeking a visionary Director of People Insights & AI Strategy to lead a cutting-edge, enterprise-wide approach to workforce intelligence. This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the HR Senior Leadership Team (HRSLT), translating data into bold strategies that shape talent decisions and business outcomes.
In this role, you'll elevate our People Insights function into a strategic, AI-enabled powerhouse—embedding predictive, prescriptive, and generative analytics into how we manage, develop, and invest in our global workforce. From succession planning to workforce design, you will be the voice of data in the most critical talent and business conversations.
AI-Driven Talent Intelligence (25%)
Have experience with AI/ML solutions (e.g., talent segmentation, skills inference, generative AI for workforce planning) that anticipate trends, uncover risks, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Enterprise Decision Support (20%)
Lead talent intelligence initiatives that inform M&A assessments, org design, strategic workforce planning, and culture evolution—connecting people data to business outcomes.
Advanced People Analytics & Workday Integration (15%)
Guide robust statistical and machine learning analyses (e.g., SEM, clustering, forecasting, predictive modeling). Bridge analytics platforms with Workday to extract and operationalize insights across the talent lifecycle.
Global Team Leadership (10%)
Lead and evolve the People Insights team into a world-class function. Champion a culture of data literacy across HR through tools, enablement, and strategic partnerships.
8+ years leading high-performing teams, ideally in a global, matrixed organization.
Deep fluency with Workday—including data extraction, integration, and reporting—and the ability to bridge it with analytics tools and platforms.
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Proven ability to communicate complex insights through clear storytelling that drives action at the highest levels.
