Operations Specialist - Data Management 80% - 100% (f/m/d)

For our Operations Data Centre of Excellence, we are looking for an Operations Specialist who enjoys executing and improving data processes to deliver best services to stakeholders. The position is focusing but not limited to tax reporting data.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Execute day-to-day data cleansing & enrichment, following standards and processes, using Excel solutions and dedicated Dashboards

• Perform validation 4-eye principles (produce & verify)

• Adhere to guidelines & policies

• Heightened awareness of operational risk, AML/CFT risk, fraud risk (internal/external)

• Execute controls, report incidents

• Provide assistance, resolve ad-hoc queries and give timely feedback

• Be proactive, identify improvements on existing processes

YOUR PROFILE

• Reliable team player with a high degree of accountability and self-direction

• Affinity for working with numbers and for clean, high quality data

• Strong interpersonal skills & service orientation

• Sound risk awareness

• Open to learn and work on new processes and data

• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience in Dashboard usage (Tableau/ PowerBI or similar)

• Experience in process design and improvement is a strong plus

• Experience in Banking Operations, Tax, Financial Instruments is a plus

• Designer experience in Tableau/ PowerBI (or similar) as well as SQL experience is a plus

• Fluent in English, German a plus
